Thank you to the PTO and all of the volunteers who treated the Dale Street staff to a delicious staff appreciation luncheon today. It was absolutely delicious and we can't thank you enough for your generosity.
The Dale Street Art Show was held on Tuesday night. Artwork from students in Grades 4 and 5 was on display. The artwork was truly exemplary! Thank you to all of the students and Mrs. Delaney for creating such a wonderful environment!

MCPE would like to invite all members of the community to its Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Zullo Gallery. The Annual Meeting includes the presidents' report and recap of all of the grants given in the last year, as well as a celebration of the winners of 2017's Thomas Reis Award, The Robert C. Park Street Books and the MCPE have teamed up to help you with your spring bookshelf cleaning! Bring your gently used children's books to Park Street Books for resale, and they will make a donation to the MCPE. Books in readable but not sellable condition will be donated to Children's Hospital. Win-Win-Win all around!

Summer Skills Book
Many students have found it beneficial to work on strengthening math and/or language arts skills over the summer months. For many years we have used a series of workbooks published by a company called Summer Skills. These books have been successful in helping students practice and sharpen their skills.
