As we returned to school this week and close out the last full week of April, there were many exciting events happening around Dale Street this week.
At our SWAT (Students Working to Advance Technology) intramural this week, Grade 5 student, Adeline created this podcast, "What's the buzz about SWAT!?" #continuousgrowth
On Thursday, students in Mr. Mason's fifth grade class (and Mrs. Collins) learned how to make Simple Circuits, Complex Circuits and Electromagnets. The students loved this hands-on activity!

MCAS This Week
Our Dale Street fifth grade students also made us so proud with their efforts this week during their MCAS testing. Most fifth graders completed the two ELA sessions of MCAS this week. Any student who missed Session 1 or Session 2 will make up the session they missed on Monday, April 30th, as there is a limited window for make-up testing. Students will only take one session per day. Please see the remaining Dale Street MCAS schedule below.
