Congratulations to this week's Positive Referrals!
This week, students in Mrs. Flynn's fourth-grade class put on their engineer caps to brainstorm ways to protect a house they won in a sweepstakes from a potential landslide. Students had great ideas!

Wednesday, December 20th - Wear a festive holiday sweater!
Thursday, December 21st - Mad About Plaid! Wear your favorite plaid shirt, plaid scarf, and/or plaid hat and blue jeans!

On Wednesday with Mrs. Tumbleson, members of the beginning band used their knowledge and creativity to compose their own melodies. Very talented musicians!
Holiday Celebrations - Enjoy a “Party in a Bag!” Have your child decorate a brown paper lunch bag with a holiday theme. Once decorated, fill it with a few of your child’s favorite food items. Some examples are: juice box or mini water bottle, small salty snack, fun sweet snack (cupcake, cookie), additional items could be a piece of fruit, a small yogurt, or any additional healthy snack. Adding a little note to your child's bag will definitely make them happy! Students will be able to enjoy their “Party in a Bag” snacks at a designated time during their classroom celebration on December 22nd.
The FUNTASTIC AND HIGH-FLYING Harlem Wizards are returning to Medfield High School, Wednesday, January 31st 2024 at 7pm!! This event promises to be high energy, fun-filled, great for kids and adults and will guarantee to put a smile on all your faces! Extremely talented basketball players will play against your teachers from all Medfield District Schools. (We say ‘play', but we all know they’ll run circles around them in a very entertaining way!!) The event is a fundraiser for the Medfield High School PTO, to help raise funds for scholarships, deserving awards, inspirational speakers, grant requests to enrich classroom experiences and so much more. Please help support us by purchasing tickets to this great show, bringing the whole community together. Tickets would make great Holiday Gifts giving you all something to look forward to in the New Year! TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED HERE - Hurry before they sell out! Thank you for your support.
Colder temperatures have arrived! Please make sure your children come to school dressed appropriately for the cold weather. Students will have recess outside if the 'feels like' temperature is 20 or above. Hats, gloves, and coats are strongly encouraged.
